As I am sure everyone knows that the weekends are really the hot times for showings, offers, and any Real Estate Activity. Obviously timing is everything and you have already set up things perfectly days prior to the weekend in order to ensure your Clients home is readily available for the weekend. You have approved any showing requests, spoke to your client about the appointments/making the home show ready, suggested to them local events or things to do during the showing hours, and started the “buzz” necessary to create excitement.
Finally Monday comes and it is now time to round up all of the information that your Client is anxiously waiting for. We like to get it together in a clear, clean, and concise document that shows/explains the feedback that was given/acquired. Creating this and submitting it to your client is very important and yes necessary to keep the communication flowing. Keeping your client notified as events happen is the key to forming a lasting relationship, consistent referrals, and a helpful tool for us to make sure we are exhausting all necessary avenues until the sale is completed.
Sometimes in this business it is the small things that make the biggest waves.
